The CAL series of temperature controllers benefit from having integrated PID auto-tuning to provide reliable and accurate control, even at low temperatures. The controllers have dAC functionality to reduce overshoot problems that are experienced with many traditional controllers.
Configuration is straightforward through a simple menu driven set up program. Furthermore, CALGrafix, the accompanying datalogging software enables the parameter set-up of up to 128 controllers. Settings can be replicated across the controllers helping to reduce installation time.
The controllers are ideal for use in tough industrial applications such as ovens and furnaces, plastics and extrusion. They offer single ramp/soak (dwell) program as well as heat/cool operation. By virtue of the controllers attractive design as well as offering a 1/32 nd DIN size in addition to the 1/16 th DIN size the temperature controllers are well suited to laboratory applications such as incubators, environmental chambers, water baths and testing equipment.
The CAL temperature controllers offer IP66 protection and are CE compliant.
