The CAL 9500P is a programmable profiling temperature and process controller. It provides the same reliable level of temperature control as the CAL 3300, 9300 & 9400 controllers and also benefits from the dAC function to reduce overshoot.
In addition the CAL 9500P has various functions to support straightforward program building, including a Copy/Paste/Edit/Delete function. The profiler also allows another program to be called as a sub-program segment. The low cost controller can handle up to 999 program loop cycles or have continuous loop cycling. There is also a useful hold back function which means the next segment will not begin until the previous segment has reached the target set-point. For peace of mind there are 3 power fail recovery options, Hold, Continue or Reset.
The CAL 9500P allows for interrogation of the program position via the front panel. This enables quick and on the spot monitoring of the process by all operatives.
CALGrafix software works in conjunction with CAL 9500P to provide straightforward and easy configuration, charting/data-logging, monitoring and networking.
The CAL temperature controllers offer IP66 protection and are CE compliant.
