July 8, 2014 - Carlo Gavazzi releases stainless steel UA18EAD and UA30CAD Series Ultrasonic Sensors with Digital and Analog Output Configurations. These sensors feature maximum sensing ranges of 250 to 3500mm and offer flexible output configurations to fit most every application. With the expansive product offering in these two series of products, it is quite possible to standardize on one family of products. With its simple teach procedure and output flexibility, these sensors are a great solution for the most difficult distance and level applications. These ultrasonic sensors have two different output configurations.
The first has two digital NPN or PNP outputs. The second has an analog output in either 4-20mA or 0-10VDC, as well as one digital NPN or PNP output. The two digital outputs can be set as standard switching outputs with two set points or as a window function. The analog output can be set with a positive or negative slope for both filling and emptying applications. These products are available with a 2m cable or M12 quick-disconnect plug.
