Houston, TX – June 14, 2006 – Integrity asset management software suite with the new LoopSheets application enables users to automatically generate control loop diagrams that integrate information from the wiring panel to the control system and beyond. LoopSheets extends Integrity's ability to graphically document, analyze and manage the interconnectivity between automation assets and the real-time data flow between assets at a manufacturing facility to allow users to now also benefit from these abilities on a loop-by-loop basis. Until now, documentation tools could not integrate information from the wiring board to the control system, making even the update of a loop sheet diagram very labor intensive. As a result, very few manufacturers actually update their loop diagrams and are therefore unaware of exact loop configuration except by tracing wires and viewing multiple system configuration files. The LoopSheets application for Integrity changes all that, and automates the entire loop sheet documentation process.
