With an experience of over 25 years built into them, the NIVOMAG™ series of Electromagnetic Flowmeters from Toshbro Controls have repeatedly proven their reliability and performance in measuring the flow of various liquids and slurries - from potable water to corrosive acids and alkalies.
The electromagnetic flow meter works on the principle of Faraday’s law of Electromagnetic Induction.
The inherent advantages of the Electromagnetic Flowmeter technology coupled with the features offered by the NIVOMAG™ series make it the ideal solution for flow measurement in the process industry:
- Obstruction Less and hence no pressure Drop
- Unaffected by Corrosiveness, viscosity and density
- Bi-directional flow measurement
- Built-in Totalizer for volume flow measurement
- Remote Monitoring
- Fully Welded Construction
The Nivomag series flowmeters are designed as per the International Standards and have been certified for the following:
- CE (EU norms)
- FM ( USA norms)
- RoHS (EU norms)
Application Examples
1. Liquids - Potable Water, Raw Water, Chilled Water, Juices, Beverages
2. Corrosive Liquids - HF, Sea Water, Alkalies, Chemical Solutions
3. Slurries & Pastes - Coal Slurry, Sugar Syrup, Effluents, Sewage, Molasses
