August 4, 2006 - Korenix Technology JetCon 1302 industrial Ethernet converter connects 10/100BaseTx lines to 100BaseFX fiber, or vice versa. Providing two 10/100BaseTx ports and 100BaseFx uplink, JetCon 1302 can be best used as either a 3-port switch or RJ45 to fiber optic converter for two devices. This allows extending an Ethernet network up to 30 km or more using high speed and noise immune fiber optics. This ultra-rugged RJ45 compact size (H*W*D, 112mm * 30mm * 90mm) converter with robust aluminum case and operating from -10 to +70 degrees C is designed for tough industrial environments. For easy diagnosis in the field, JetCon 1302 also provides one relay output to trigger alarm automatically if any port breaks.
