LZ environment friendly sand recycling & washing machine The design principle of LZ sand recycling & washing machine is to maximize the productivity, cleanliness, recycle rate and grade of sand during the sand washing procure. Another purpose is minimized the operation cost and the environmental pollution which caused by the excess emissions of fine sand.
Working principle
After the gravel & sand mixture went into washing tank, the mixture will get screen by the mesh in lower tank for pre-dewatering and the waste water will suck up to the upper layer. The waste water (mixture of fine sand, mud & dust) will be sucked up by the slurry pumps and transported into cyclones. Cyclones will separate and extract the fine sand out of the waste water and the mixture will be dehydrate and exhaust in the vibration screen in lower layer. The machinery can exhaust fine & rough sand together or separately.
