Harrisburg, PA - A new series of one piece, high temperature, SMT-compatible PCB terminal blocks can be integrated into SMT manufacturing processes for greater cost savings.
The MKDS…-HT family from Phoenix Contact is available with pin spacings of 3.5mm, 3.81mm, 5.0mm and 5.08mm and with wire ranges from #30 – #12 AWG.
These screw cage terminal blocks use an interlocking dovetail feature to create higher number position sizes from standard 2 and 3 position blocks. The high temperature terminal blocks allow parts to be easily integrated into surface mount production processes, eliminating hand soldering and providing cost and time savings. Phoenix Contact Inc.
