Rexroth’s DFE1 electro-hydraulic control system, designed and manufactured by the Industrial Hydraulics business unit of the Bosch Rexroth Corporation, provides pressure, flow and optional power control for heavy-duty industrial applications.Designed for use with the Rexroth A4VSO axial piston pump, the DFE1 is available in sizes 125, 180, 250 and 355 with a nominal pressure of 5,076 psi and a peak pressure of 5,801 psi. The control system comprises the high pressure A4VSO in swash plate design, a proportional valve for exact control with feedback of valve spool position, an inductive displacement transducer for feedback of swash plate angle, an optional pressure transducer for feedback of system pressure and an analog amplifier.
The pressure transducer is required with pressure and power control functions.Additionally, the DFE1 system offers multiple pump combinations, internal or external control pressure via pilot pump, fast decompression of trapped fluid afforded by allowing the pump over center and a rotary group optimized for long life in standby operation.In North America, the Bosch Group manufacturers and markets automotive original equipment and aftermarket products, industrial automation and mobile products, power tools and accessories, security technology, packaging equipment and household appliances.
