SYHDFEE designed for use in heavy-duty industrial applications Rexroth’s SYHDFEE pressure-flow closed loop control system, designed and manufactured by the Industrial Hydraulics business unit of the Bosch Rexroth Corporation, provides electro-hydraulic closed loop control of the pressure and swivel angle of an axial piston pump.Incorporating the Rexroth A4VSO axial piston pump with a built-on proportional valve as a pilot valve, a VT-DFPE valve with integrated open and closed loop control electronics and a linear, hall effect-based sensor, the SYHDFEE is available in sizes 125, 180, 250 and 355 with a maximum operating pressure of 5,076 psi.
The closed loop control of the pressure and swivel angle of the SYHDFEE system’s variable displacement pumps occurs via an electrically controlled proportional valve. The proportional valve determines the position of the swash plate via the control piston. The displaced flow is proportional to the position of the swash plate, while the control spool, preloaded by a spring, is permanently subjected to the pump pressure.
