TROY, MI and LONDON, ON Canada. - TR Electronic Inc., a position sensing solutions manufacturer, introduces a software programmable, rotary incremental encoder. The ZI-58 series encoder output of 5 to 32,768 pulses (131,072 steps) can be programmed to any value and mechanical zero pulse position required, even after on-line installation. Previously unavailable, this exciting development provides a cost effective and versatile tool to machine designers and maintenance personnel.
It’s interchangeble with existing encoders and backed by 24/7 support, service and company integrity. Incremental encoders are normally dedicated output fixed disk devices used on a wide variety of machines which, based on their physical characteristics, often produce different encoder output data levels. This translates into keeping several encoders in inventory as spares. The TR Electronic ZI-58 changes all that. Now, one encoder suits all!
