UEI added complete QNX Real Time Operating System (RTOS) support for its PowerDNA series of data acquisition and control cubes. With the new PowerDNA QNX library, QNX developers can take advantage of the deterministic timing afforded by QNX. The Library may be deployed on any host computer running the QNX RTOS and connected to the PowerDNA cube over the Ethernet (10/100baseT).

IP-EP200 Industry Pack I/O modules provide a user-configurable FPGA for high-performance processing of custom logic routines and a digital I/O interface supporting a variety of signal types. It uses the Cyclone II FPGA for processing user-defined algorithms and custom logic routines. With JTAG access to the SignalTap II embedded logic analyzer, engineers can easily monitor internal device operation.

UniSort MXT software has algorithms that optimize merging, induction and sortation, enabling rates well in excess of 300 cartons per minute on sliding shoe sorters. The module is designed for optimal performance in systems using servo-based induction and high-speed merging, although it also works with fixed-speed induction systems and other configurations.

Seats for the Worcester CPT control valve are available in several standard equal-percentage "V" shapes or linear-characteristic slots, as well as other customized characteristics such as dual-angle, noise/cavitation attenuation, and multistage pressure drop. These features permit the CPT valve to be optimized for any specific application, and to be re-configured when system parameters change.

System E1 is equipped with a multilink band which can be easily shortened or lengthened. The band includes six to 15 links depending on the size of the carrier. Each band of links is connected via a flexible snap-open fastener and S-shape motion is possible at any link. The lids of each link open on the same side for easy installation and quick access to cables and hoses.

Retractile cordsets for PROFIBUS-DP networks may be extended up to four times their original retracted length. This makes the cordsets ideal for motion and robotics in automotive applications.

SlotServer ControlLogix/Metasys N2 Interface Module enables a user to interface third party devices utilizing Metasys N2 to the ControlLogix 1756 platform. Metasys N2 is a protocol developed by Johnson Controls and widely used in the building automation industry for energy monitors, HVAC controls, I/O controls, lighting controls, motor controls, and sensors.

The kit contains four CS Series capacitive sensors, one DS-2100 WiFi display and summing device with wireless connection capability, LoadVUE software for simplifying measurement and calibration tasks using a PC, all the data cables and a 9V power adapter to connect and power the system. It can connect wirelessly to a PC using 802.11b WiFi interface.
