With a SITOP Diagnostics Module, you can now isolate and quickly identify faulty 24VDC load circuits on any switched mode power supply. Simply add a SITOP Select Diagnostics Module to any brand of switched mode power supplies and protect up to four 24VDC load circuits against short circuits or overload conditions. Select trip currents to get fault indication to minimize troubleshooting and diagnostic time, while circuits without faults continue to operate normally.
YOU’RE IN CONTROL
Things don’t always go smoothly. When things go wrong, you need to respond quickly to stay in control. With a SITOP Signaling Module, you can easily monitor the status of your 24VDC power system to minimize downtime. Simply add a Signaling Module to the basic SITOP modular power supply and receive status signals for both the input and output voltage. The Signaling Module also offers remote power supply on/off switching capability from higher level control systems such as PLCs.
WHEN SAFETY IS CRITICAL
In situations where safety is critical, you need to be sure you’re protected. With a SITOP Redundancy Module, you can easily create a redundant system to help maintain a stable 24VDC voltage supply. Simply add a Redundancy Module between two SITOP Modular power supplies, and if the voltage drops below the selected voltage threshold, the Redundancy Module makes sure the standby power supply takes over immediately. Clear LED indication, as well as relay contacts for PLC monitoring, indicate the status of the redundant system.
EXTRA POWER WHEN YOU NEED IT
Brownouts and short voltage fluctuations are often the cause for expensive losses in production. With a SITOP Buffer Module, you can easily sustain a stable 24VDC voltage condition to minimize downtime. Simply add a Buffer Module to the SITOP Modular power supply and maintain the selected DC output voltage within 1VDC from 100ms up to several seconds. The buffer module can also help stabilize power when high inrush loads are connected.

Power failures are often the cause for costly downtime in production. With a SITOP DC-UPS Module you can easily maintain stable 24VDC voltage to minimize downtime. Simply add a DC-UPS Module and battery to the SITOP modular power supply and maintain the selected DC output voltage for a selected period of time. Several hold-up time and battery configurations are possible, enabling you to create the best DC-UPS solution to fit your application. The optional serial interface cable or USB interface allows communication with higher level control systems.
