How do I renew my ISA membership?
Renewing your ISA membership is easy. Log in to complete your renewal and update your profile or communication preferences. For help accessing your account or completing your renewal, contact us at [email protected]. Our team will be happy to assist.
Is financial assistance available for membership dues?
Yes. If you are experiencing layoffs, furloughs or salary reductions, ISA is here to assist during this difficult time. With the Hardship Waiver, ISA can waive membership dues for renewing members for up to two consecutive years.
To qualify for this member benefit, you must:
- Have been a paying member of ISA for the last three consecutive years
- Have not used this benefit within the last two years
- Provide a written request to [email protected]
- Submit a request annually to [email protected]
Members approved for this program will continue to receive full member benefits at no cost while experiencing hardship. Once the waiver is no longer needed, members are expected to contact ISA and renew with paid membership.
When does my membership begin and end?
Your ISA membership begins when your application and payment are processed. All memberships end on 31 December of each year.
