ISA Young Professionals (YP) is an inclusive community for automation professionals under 35 who want to grow their leadership skills, expand their professional networks and make an impact on the future of automation.

Young Professionals Committee

The Young Professionals Committee helps shape programs, initiatives and activities that engage ISA members under the age of 35.

Composed of young professional leaders, YP committee members work with other groups across ISA to help drive meaningful engagement and create opportunities for emerging professionals.

The 2026 committee has been selected, but check back around August to apply for the 2027 committee.​

Make sure your ISA profile reflects your Young Professional status so you can stay connected to relevant opportunities and communications.

  1. Log in to your ISA profile and click Change.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the section
  3. Check the box labeled I identify as a Young Professional
  4. Click Save
